Registration for the ASBA NSW 2024 Conference is now open.

Registration Entitlements

Full Registration: Early Bird / Standard / ASBA Member / Non Member Entitlements include the following per delegate

• Attendance to all conference sessions
• Daily catering (morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea)
• Complimentary ticket to the Welcome Cocktails Venue: Tapps Bar - Panthers, Port Macquarie (Tuesday 8 October)
• Complimentary ticket to Conference Dinner at Sails, Port Macquarie (Wednesday 9 October)
• Complimentary ticket to Conference Farewell Dinner at St Columba Anglican School (Thursday 10 October)
• Attendance at School Visits

Earlybird rates are available until 11:59 PM (AEST) Wednesday 31 July 2024.

Standard rates will apply from 12:00 AM (AEST) Thursday 1 August 2024.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Deadline: 27 May 2024

Cancellations must be notified in writing (e-mail is sufficient) to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations made by Wednesday 4 September 2024 will result in a full refund less $150 to cover administration costs. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person by Wednesday 4 September 2024, without incurring any cost penalty. Refunds for cancellations received after Wednesday 4 September 2024, will only be made in exceptional circumstances. The host reserves final decision on a case-by-case basis for granting a cancellation in extenuating circumstances. It is recommended that travel insurance be secured personally upon registering. The Conference Secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers of registrations.
